Hi! I am looking to focus on golf and am hoping I could get a few suggestions on what kind of workout to do to get stronger for golf (like cardio, stretching, weight lifting). I have 16 kg kettlebells and then 8 kg kettlebells, some rope thing that’s hard to do (you hook it through a kettlebell and wave it up and down or side to side so it oscillates), a treadmill, a rowing machine, an elliptical, stability balls, and some weights to use. I am thinking of purchasing some kettlebells - i am not sure if there is much difference with them- should i or shant i and is it worth it. i must admit i love the look of them and the workouts seem awesome. if i do purchase some what dvd should i get for an exercise routine. i have seen some on ebay - they look like home made dvds - but they do seem good. are they also worth purchasing?

I’ve recently become interested in kettlebells. I am trying to lose weight and so far have lost 15lbs with a Jillian Michaels work out video. But I’ve become a little tired of it and want to try something else for awhile. Has anyone tried kettlebells? How much weight did you lose?

things like jump-squats,clap-pushups, kettlebells for shoulders, bag work, resistance-tube-boxing.
any other exercises i can do?

(theres no MMA where i’m at and i want to be in fighting shape when i get to a place where there is)
(i weight train everyday and am built but thats not whats required of a fighter is it? i get alot of cardio too)

any info at all
