I am a football player. I will do freshmen football next year. What is a good kettlebell workout for explosive power? Should kettlebells be used everyday. I have a kettle at home. It is a 26 pounder. Is that good weight?

Clean and Press Position it between legs, legs shoulder width apart and with left arm grab and lift like a squat, bring kettlebell to shoulder using delt and press above head with shoulder. Learned this from the 300 workout. 50 with each arm. Good freakin luck. 35 lbs used in 300 w/o
