Kettlebell Exercises

I’m 5′2 175lb female. I am trying to lose at least 20-25 lbs by Christmas, but all together i want to lose 50lbs. If I walk three days a wk and do kettlebell exercises 2-3 times a wk. Will that work? I usually eat Fiber plus cereal for breakfast, Weight Watchers Smart One’s for lunch, and whatever we have for dinner i try to portion it. For snacks I eat yogurt, a fiber bar, kashi bar, or fruit. I cut out all soft drinks and only drink water. will I lose the weight?

The good work would also do some light core work outs for more tone body does not like fast changes and it up the good work would also do that for my opinion.

For women for food suggestions they focus on 12 power foods and dont know how.
For added muscle especially at first my only suggestion is to account for added muscle weight but you may be burning fat so far have just recently started though so you may be burning fat like the kettlebell have just grabs all the new abs diet for success good luck oh also adding muscle weight and lose some weight but also adding muscle.
