David K asked: I was doing the Steve Maxwell 300 Kettlebell workout (Exercise 6; one arm Swing High Pull) and I think I might have twisted my back slightly at the top of the move. At this point I felt a sudden, sharp pain strip across my middle back (just below the shoulder blades). I stopped training straight away. If I twist to either side now for any reason I can feel pain in this area. Any ideas on what I might have done?..pulled a muscle, or strained a muscle? What is the best way to recover?
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
