Kettlebell Exercises
caribbean turtle asked:

Hi! I am looking to focus on golf and am hoping I could get a few suggestions on what kind of workout to do to get stronger for golf (like cardio, stretching, weight lifting). I have 16 kg kettlebells and then 8 kg kettlebells, some rope thing that’s hard to do (you hook it through a kettlebell and wave it up and down or side to side so it oscillates), a treadmill, a rowing machine, an elliptical, stability balls, and some weights to use. Thanks for your help!

Some workouts using your shoulder turn may be good. Also workouts that increase flexibility.

most of all is flexibility, stretch, limber up so you don’t hurt yourself. you don’t slam a golf ball, you slap it, so you don’t need big muscles.
