well i don’t know you have to try out your self … you have to watch for your back if you hurt them you are gone for a long time… so start with about 15 lbs …. and if you can do more go more… i don’t think that you should go more than 25 lbs… this exercice is not for weight it is for activating a big number of muscells … so take some smaller one and try… if it is easy go up… ![]()

I was advising anyone against using Kettle Bells, I was merely cautioning
If anything, I recommend using them!
of course they are more dangerous at heavier weights(what heavy means to anyone) but there is no need to discourage novice to use them because they can get a lot of benefit.And is a way more easy compound to start than the deadlift or clean and press for example.
The movements are explosive and use momentum which is quite dangerous for novice im sure arnel will agree.
