bones18000 asked: I’m new to the kettlebell revolution, but ive been getting the hang of it, and love it! the exercise i like the most is the swing. i read that it is a great source of cardio. i was wondering a few things: is it ok to do every day? and how long should i make a set of swings (time wise) to make it a worthy cardio exercise? I’m an 18 year old male if that affects it at all. thanks!
