carlover18 asked: I recently bought a kettlebell to exercise with and my mam said that she would love to use it to. The problem is that my mam has been in 2 cars accidents and as a result she was only 50% movement in her hip( she cant even bend down to put her shoe on this foot) She cant use any of the exercise equipment in gyms, go swimming or walk great lengths. Is there any exercise anyone can recommend that will help her keep toned without putting pressure on her hip.
She had been to loads of them but they made no difference to her. she was only in worse pain
