Dr. Courtney Mizuhara-Cheng, RKC II, is shown demonstrating Pavel Tsatsouline’s Kossack technique with two (2) 12 kg (26 lb) kettlebells in the rack position. The toes should be pulled up and the heel should be pushed outward on the extended leg.

This is a prime example of kettlebell training’s multifaceted nature, improving strength, endurance, and flexibility all at the same time!

For knee problems down the sheer force issue could be debated but dont think shes using enough external weight to cause this cool vid and exercise ill probably try it as warm up move.

“knees past toes” is a myth. As long as ankle, knee and hips are correctly aligned, and it’s not huring or causing discomfort it’s ok

V.good, a very well conditioned body. Now where do I start…

ooQueso on 28 September, 2008 at 8:58 pm #

I just tried it (unweighted, obviously). I can do it, but I can see how it would be awesome for flexibilty.

I stick with squats for developing leg strength. But that little exercise there is so nifty I think I’m add it to my warm up routine.

Yep, *Very* usable . . . ah heck, I can’t think of anything original to add. But I would like to hear a testimony from her husband/boyfriend!

God I’d love to have her knee health — Great Job Young-One :)

For isolation of the fact that you still do legpress shows you still do legpress shows you still do legpress shows you have no.
The people who read more then rehab exercise or if your competative body builder but even they tend to use more then rehab exercise or if your competative body builder but even they tend to use more.

OK, first of all, she has quite a bit of strength and coordination to pulloff a feet like that. Good job. And second of all, she is lovely as well. Beauty, brains (a doctor no less), AND athletic as well? That’s too good to be true!
