The overhead presses in my experiences the danger with locked knees steve is that you do something like catching clean with momentum is carefully avoiding both.

Id recommend to no one to buy this DVD with KBs for a homeworkout without any experience before. Especially novices should be instructed in real life by people who can correct their mistakes.

Using sooo much momentum will only lead to injuries. Use proper weigts and perform your exercises in a controled way. I don’t like Kettlebells too much….
