Yeah i think you need to up the lbage. I weight 155 and (at least for now) 35 gives me a pretty good workout (especially during Helen).

Nice work there! Especially with the 32 kg bell. There are different approaches to the swing out there. The problem as I see it in this video is the use of joggingshoes. Shoes with thick soles isolate the body mechanically from the ground and thereby makes the exercise less effective. It also increases the risk of injuries.

An 80 pounder would not because it but 45 degrees is the best thing to do in fact pulling it but the question remains wether would do it would not because it with an 80 pounder would be stupid.
