Nice work there! Especially with the 32 kg bell. There are different approaches to the swing out there. The problem as I see it in this video is the use of joggingshoes. Shoes with thick soles isolate the body mechanically from the ground and thereby makes the exercise less effective. It also increases the risk of injuries.
