I’m in need of a decent workout to gain strength and muscle mass for sport next year.
I don’t particularly want to join a gym but at home i have dumbells, kettlebells and a pull up bar.

Can anyone please inform me of some good exercises focusing on the abdominal muscles, back, arms and chest?
